Itinerary
What's The Plan?
Each retreat will have planned activities over the duration and space for you to have your own time exploring with your family and connecting.
Below is an example itinerary, from our last retreat, a more detailed one will be given closer to the time.
Day 1
Morning - Arrive at airport and get transfered to accomodation
Evening - Free Evening
Day 2
Morning - Venture out to see our location and take in the beauty
Afternoon - Group walk. You can choose to visit a local restaurant to have a chat with a cup of tea.
Evening - Free Evening
Day 3
Morning - Free Morning
Evening - There will be a communal evening meal served to the group. This will give a chance for families to get to know each other and to meet the hosts.
Day 4
Morning - After breakfast you will head out to your first excursion
Afetrnoon - Light snack provided before heading to next activity
Evening - Free evening
Day 5
Morning - We have an early start after breakfast to catch the local Souk/market at its best. Tuk tuks will drive all families to the market and wait to take everyone back to the hotel afterwards.
Afternoon - Free afternoon
Evening - Dinner at Africa Rooftoop restaurant (optional)
Day 6
Morning - Free morning after breakfast
Afternoon - Visit a farm home in the village for a cooking session (lunch included)
Evening - Chilled meet in a local Cafe for families to connect (optional/excluded)
Day 7
Morning - After breakfast you will cross to the East Bank to see Karnak Temple then down to Luxor Temple
Afternoon - free Afternoon
Evening - Trip down The Nile with an EGYPTIAN AFTER PARTY!!
Day 8
Morning - Today you will head to an Arabic workshop
Afternoon - Lunch at a local Restaurant (excluded)
Evening - Light and Sound show
Day 9
FREE DAY - Optional day trip with possiblility to stay overnight
Day 10
Morning - Free time after breakfast
Afternoon - Group walk
Evening - (Excluded) Farewell Meal
You will checkout the following morning after breakfast
There will be a full list of attractions and extra activities you can arrange through us once you have booked! The itinerary is subject to change order but all activities will still be included.
